Which of these two basses?

So, I play a active 5 string now. I'm looking to buy a passive 4 string in the next 3 weeks or so. These two basses have my attention and are in my price range.

I have played the Model T and I know i would be happy with it, but the Fender really has my wondering? It's cheaper, so I could upgrade the pick-ups if I wanted to and still not be out alot of money.

So out of these two basses what would you buy? Anybody played both and have a option?

I'd say go with the Schecter if you know you like it already. I never liked the jags but that just my opinion

Play the same thing on both of them and see how they feel and how the different tones stack up. And if your active is a full 3-band EQ, pup pan etc you can probably get a very good passive sound out of it.
