Either tech/general or gig stories/management. I put technique because I go to tech, general and gig stories quite a bit, band management not so much.

Wow. I'm actually surprised that there's two for technique/general instruction. Granted, only four people have voted on here, but still. Maybe this shows something. Half of TalkBass actually wants to practice and get their technique better, and the other half wants to spend money, buy cool boxes and make ridiculous sounds. Personally, I like both.
