Should I put the 112 cabinet on the bottom and the 212 cabinet on top or the other way around. Which would give me the best low end ?

Same brand and model family with the drivers stacked vertically? Either way it will make no difference acoustically, assuming all the drivers are all fed the same power. Otherwise, we don't have enough data to know.

The 212 is 4 ohms the 112 is 8 ohms. They are basically the same brand,,, the 112 is a genz Benz and the 212 is a Genzler.

4 ohms + 8 ohms paralleled is 2.67 ohms. Make sure your amp is rated down to 2 ohms.

Typically, you’d want whichever cab was rated for the least amount of watts to be closer to your ear to listen for any distortion. In your case, it sounds like all 3 speakers would be getting the same amount of watts, so in theory it wouldn’t matter - but visually, the 112 on top would look better.
Make sure your amp can go down to 2 ohms, otherwise you’ll release the magic smoke!
(if your amp only goes down to 4 ohm minimum, you can buy a two channel power amp that each channel is stable down to 2 ohms, and then run a whole bunch of cabs, using your other amp as the preamp.)

This is a good question actually. I put the 2x8 over my 1x12 just cause it looked right.
Turns out it sounds best that way too. 2x12 over a 1x12 that a different game all together.

Try both and see if you can hear a difference. Putting the larger cab on the bottom is probably more stable.

Put the head in the floor and stack the 1x12 on top of it facing up and the 2x12 on top of that facing down. 100% science.

I assume he’s using a genzler amp considering he’s got that brand of cabs and that amp is actually capable of going to 2.67 ohms
