Why use flats?

Each DR String model rings differently, especially the flats which are very traditional. I've tried flats in La Bella, Dean Markley, Fender, and GHS. They are all good strings but none have come close to how DR flats sound, feel, and ring acoustically and amplified on my basses. It's how they make me feel and perform. I love DR flats.

Man, they should be paying you!

I will have to try them one day- I love the subtle difference between most flats and a new flavour would be cool.

The ones I use most at the moment are Labella 760FL, Sadowskys and Chromes, and I have the Labella Jamerson set on my Fullerton P.
