Win ISD and chuffing

It's the "rear port air velocity" graph. You have to enter the desired input power into the "signal" tab of the design window, and read the graph in meters per second. The goal is to get the air speed at maximum input power to less than a small fraction (like 1/10) of the speed of sound, which is roughly 340 meters per second.
