Arrgghh.... I'm having computer issues and everybody I know seems to have a Mac and is no help to me.... Maybe someone here can be of assistance.

I downloaded the Jamkazam app to my laptop try out some internet jamming with a buddy of mine. The setup took a while and had me make some "changes" to my computer regarding latency, etc.. stuff that I really don't know a whole lot about. I removed the app within a week because it was a joke. Well, ever since then I can't get Reaper to Record, play back an MP3 more than once, or do anything. I also have Ableton Live Lite 9 (came with the Focusrite 2i2) and that isn't acknowledging anything either. However, I can listen to music and all that THROUGH the 2i2 and headphones with no issues. I'm using windows 8.1 with 4gb RAM and a ton of space so I'm not sure what happened other than the "changes" made by setting up the Jamkazam App and if those are the current issues. Anyone got any ideas?

Check to see if Windows has created an automatic restore point in the not too distant past, and restore to that date. Next time, create a restore point before installing any app.

This is fantastic advice, system restore points have saved my bacon any, many times. Do you remember any of the settings you changed for the app? If you go back and look at the docs you used the first time through and post what the instructions had you do it might be easier to help you get things back to normal.
