Double Bass Wireless connection with piezo?

Is anyone using a wireless connection on their double bass piezo?

and a follow-up question... One of my basses has a Realist Lifeline, the other a Realist Copperhead. Both sound better with buffering and I get good results with just a Boss TU3 tuner in the off position. I don't really understand how this helps - I'm guessing it's not a true-bypass so there's some circuitry in there which is helping match impedances?

I'm wondering whether, as well as helping with on-stage clutter, a wireless system would do a similar job with buffering?

I use wireless all the time on stage.

The devices I use are advertised as functionally the same as cables. In use that seems to be how they work out.

I have a Vic's model C stereo bridge wing and fingerboard piezo set feeding into an onboard K&K Dual Channel Pro ST providing a mono signal out to wireless.

Separately I also have a mounted Sennheiser e604 dynamic mic sending a clear mic channel out to separate wireless.

I do have two wireless sets available, so I have choices about what kind of sound I want to provide either to amp or to FOH.

In my experience with the hardware I'm using, wireless doesn't change the sound.

Realist Copperhead + Line6 G10.
Line 6 G10 transmitter is a 1.3 MΩ, which sounds fine to my ears.
I adjust things (HPF + EQ) with an HX stomp, but it is not really necessary at low volumes.
