Wiring a 4 way series/parallel/neck/bridge

Rotary switch on a Jazz bass.

With single volume, passive tone.

I know I've seen something like this on the forum, but my search efforts have failed.

Anyone have a handy diagram?

Wouldn't it be nifty if there was a sticky with lots o' wiring diagrams... wait, is there? Edit: Nope

Position 1- Bridge.
Position 2- Series.
Position 3- Parallel.
Position 4- Neck.

do the 3, 4, & bridge ground all go to jack neg terminal ?

All grounds need to connect in some way. It doesn't matter how you do it, just as long as you have the grounded switch terminals, the bridge ground, the bridge pickup's ground, the backs of each pot and the sleeve terminal of the jack connected.
