This is a new brand to me. It has that classic Jazz tone.
I believe that’s a Pat Wilkins bass. The “WLE” probably refers to Wilkins/Low End:

Cool! I remember when he had a shop Murfreesboro, TN. I dropped in and played a Low End PJ 5 or 6 and thought it was awesome!
Wilkins basses are awesome. I have a Wilkins P5. The WLE comes in cool colors.
He moved back to Nashville maybe 12 years ago and then the store went out of business, but he is still making basses.
