Wolf 5 string Bridge change?

I have a wolf 5 string jazz bass that is string through or top load with a string spacing of roughly 2 3/4. I like the bass but would prefer it with a 3 inch or 19 mm string spacing. Is there a practical way to change the bridge without damaging the bass and also not putting a lot of money into it? I am thinking the obvious answer will be I will lose the string through option but has anyone done this conversion and successfully kept both options? I found this bridge on ebay that has both options with a 19mm string spacing pretty sure the ferrules will probably not match up to it. 5-String Bass Bridge Chrome w/Locking Zinc Saddles Dual Load 19mm Sung-il BB405 | eBay Any Ideas??

It's not a question of the bridge, it's the question of the width of the fingerboard at it's widest and can it take the extra spread that the 19mm apart strings cause. 74mm will be the width of the spread at the bridge. I can't comment on the width of the fingerboard because you haven't specified the nut width or the fret board width at it's widest point.
