Work around for Peavey Mark IV Automixer footswitch

So you have a Peavey Mark IV or similar amp with a 6 pin DIN connector for the Automixer foot switch, but you have no foot switch. This work around doesn't make foot switching possible, but it does let you configure each of the foot switch functions without spending any money. Cut a piece of insulated solid core copper wire (14-16 gage or so) 2-3" long. Strip each end approx. 1/4", then use this wire to jump pins to accomplish each function. Remember too that the amp defaults to automixer mode, so you can either place the jumper in any of the three empty pins or just remove the wire completely.
