Would a .120 be a problem on my Ibanez GSR200?

I'm interested in getting d'addarios balanced medium string 120/90/67/50 for my Ibanez GSR200.
My stock strings are 100/80/65/45 and I was wondering whether the 120 would sit properly over the groove in the saddle and whether the nut would need filing?
Has anybody tried a .120 on a GSR?

The saddles are the same as GSR205, so there shouldn't be a problem there.
You'd definitely need to file the nut. Are you tuning to B-E-A-D?
So are the saddles identical? I assumed the grooves vary in diameter in relation to the string.

Filing the nut won't affect string height will it?

I'm tuning to D#G#C#F#, I know 120 sounds a bit much for that but its actually the lowest tension string of the set.
