Would these work for E-F tuning?

In my search for some single strings to add on to a 4 string set (turning my 6 into an E-F bass) , I came across these 2 single strings which I might add are the only single string round sounds on d’addarios site. I feel like they must be here specifically for this purpose, and the string guages aren’t far off from the recommendations I’ve found online (most say a .30 C and a .20W F)

My piccolo bass is tuned to DGCF like the rest of my basses, but an octave up. I have the D'Addario piccolo string set on that bass and I love it! The highest tuned strings are 30 and 20w gauge and they work well for a C3 and an F3. You can also buy them as singles on their website.
