Sure as long as it was properly insured. I've shipped to Italy, Sweden, and England with out issues so I don't see any issues with shipping to Spain. Politics should have nothing to do with it anyway.

My solution: make a tent inside your house, live in it with your gear and never leave it. That way the bass stealing ghosts won't get you or your gear.

While not Spain, last week I shipped a bass to the south of France to a TB'er with zero feedback. No problems .... removed the neck and shipped it USPS Priority Mail International. Thankfully it got out of the U.S. before Sandy hit.
Unrelated ... I have not been to Spain but spent 2 weeks in Greece this summer. People are very concerned about their economic future but there is no civil unrest. There will be the occasional protest outside government offices that are well publicized, but most people simply want to go about their business and get through the current situation.

If they pay in advance - like you would expect for any other transaction - then YES!!
