Wrist irritation

Hey guys,

so ive recently started learning how to play with a pick after soley playing finger and slap for a couple years but ive noticed that when i play i get some irritation on my wrist and the it gets very raw and starts to sting.

So i was wondering does anyone else have a problem with this or has had a problem like this and has any solutions?

Don't let your wrist slide on the bass.

If your motion is coming from the wrist then rest your forearm on the bass. Or don't touch the bass with your arm at all.

Sounds like you're moving your whole arm.
Try just moving your hand from the wrist.
