Wrist troubles

When I bend my right (plucking) wristback or forwards, a lump of what appears to be bone seems to push out from my wrist. If I press on it, it hurts a little. Can anyone tell me what might have gone on here?

Go to a doctor and get an examination. An X-ray, perhaps.
