Hi. I'm looking to get back into playing after a 20 year absence. The sound I love is basically old Hofner, but want something a little more versatile. Definitely looking Yamaha.
Any suggestions?

I don't think you can go wrong with any of those Yamaha models. However, I'd vote for the BB414, and only because I own a BB415 (the 5-string version). For a contemporary version of the BB414, check out the BB234 or BB434.
