    Amazing bass with super fast low action. Yamaha Japan build quality is as good as it gets. I just about never gig professionally with a 5 string and I have several and will be unloading the ones I didn't have custom built for me.

    Hello from a fellow North Texas resident (Wichita Falls):).....I previously owned the Yamaha Nathan East BBNE1...have you ever played one of those and if so, can you comment on the neck profiles between the two? The NE1 was, to me, a little chunkier then what I prefered thus the reason I no longer have it.
