Lol! I get it. My wife accuses me with some regularity of being addicted to instrument porn.

I really DO like your instrument. And I dearly wish I could take it off your hands. I’m assuming it would play similarly to my BBP34 (which I love!).

I’ve been kicking around the idea of selling my Tiny Boy because - although it’s a really nice instrument - it just doesn’t fill a niche in my stable.

Perhaps I’ll list it and if it sells…as The Shadow said, “who knows what lurks in the kids of men.”

I do have a question for you, if you don’t mind? Can you tell me what warrants the $2500 ( MSRP ) up charge between the BBP34 and the Attitude 3. Namely ~$3000 vs ~$5500? Is it that much better an instrument?

Well, it is an incredible instrument. I am not familiar with BBP34.. but this bass is built off the specs of Billy's "wife" bass... I do not think that Yamaha has another bass like it.
This bass has a P-bass pickup and the neck pickup is like an EB0..there is no jazz pickup... also each pickup has it's own channel or can be used together...Billy had a very specific setup

The BBP34 is the 4-string model of Yamaha’s Broadbass Pro series. It’s essentially a PJ bass. Built like a tank and just as heavy. But it’s a workhorse of an instrument and very user-friendly. I play out every week using either that or my NS Designs NXTa full-length upright - both very dependable instruments. But I gotta say…I really like the Attitude.
