Yamaha TRB5P or BBNE1

Hey TBer's,

Looking for some insight from my fellow bass players and seeing if anyone has played either the Yamaha TRB5P or BBNE1 or both!? I have the opportunity to purchase either one and wanted to see if anyone had some personal experience playing either one of these basses. As we start to approach the higher end of the Yamaha spectrum, I'm guessing most will say both are pretty good but wanted to hear some personal experience stories.

I have tried them both and they both feel and sound amazing - the BBNE1 has a more luxurious finish and features like a jack recess and that specially designed preamp, the TRB5P has a nice feel coz of the neckthru. Hard call. Maybe get the TRB5P and the NE stomp box (getting harder to find)?
