But I found it better to run it sideways. If you tuck the back of the clip in front of the D string it holds it in place. I'll experiment with wedging a bit of sponge between the gooseneck and strings to prevent any vibration. Works well!
I didn't get much reaction to this setup in the other thread. I don't hear any unwanted vibration which was a concern when I attached the mic to the after-length. Maybe y'all might consider it. It's too easy not to try.
