Yet another "Identify this Bass" thread...

I recently watched a wonderful DVD by the "Playing For Change" foundation, which are an organization who bring the world together in music. But anyway, in one of their videos from the DVD they do a Bob Marley song, "One Love", and I'm just curious as to what bass the guy is using in the video. Here's a link to the video on YouTube, and for your convenience here are the times you can see the bass: 2:48 and 5:00.

And if for some reason YouTube doesn't work, here's a screenshot...

At first glance, I thought it looked like one of those new Brubaker Brute basses because of the pickguard and body shape...but then I saw the headstock, which is different. Also you can't really tell, but I think that headstock may just say Fender...

Any ideas?

Well, I don't know what the bass is, but the logo on the headstock matches the logo on the body - so I would say it's more boutique.

The bassist though is called William Aura, and that link is really good man, cheers for sharing. Couldn't find a website for him, but it appears he's a very busy man! The Playing For Change website is cool also, so I'll be checking that out.

Wow! What a wonderful, clear photo. Thank you for your response; yes I agree, the bass is probably boutique.

Well, thanks to you, now I know for sure it isn't Fender or Peavey. The search continues! :p Thanks again.

If you go to http://www.playingforchange.com/ website, there's links for all the musicians who play on the video's etc. And from that I got to this photo. It's not very high res though, and searches on Google images didn't bring up much either, but it is clearer than the video. It is a really nice bass too, and I'm now eager to find out what it is :)
