Well, this is my GAS sorted for a while. It's a Fender Kingman, MIM like my P Deluxe and with the same "A" shape Jazz neck, except this one is bound and blocked! Comes with a Fishman pre-amp and tuner built in, with a piezo pickup as you'd expect. I've spent the last hour or so noodling around on it, and in truth, it feels just like a Jazz to play, even giving good access to the upper frets. I even like the standard strings, though I hear a switch to some electric strings is a big boost to the sound, so I may be sending Rotosound a few of of my reddies if that's the case...
