When you buy an entire 3 CD live album to be able to study the bass effects on one song.

When you spend so much time reading up on pedals (which you can't afford) that you know more about them than someone that owns them when you don't even have them for yourself

Or how about when you go into Guitar Center to try to purchase one of those pedals and they look at you and say, "uh, what pedal?" (I'm not talking about Zvex or Dr. Scientist or anything, either... They carry MXR and didn't have a clue about the new MXR Bass Octave Deluxe until I told them about it, two months after it had been announced)

The most badass version of Gozilla as done by moe. on 10/10/03 recorded onto a 3 CD set put out by Instant Live. They jam out the middle part with a super sweet squishy and nasty bass synth. I love it.

I have three compressors, but I'm grateful to say that, as of yet, I've never used more than one at time. I dont know whay I cant seem to stop wanting to grab every compressor that I see a great deal on.
