As Andy pointed out, there's all kinds of misinformation and kooky ideas on the net posted by people who clearly have no understanding of what they are doing. Mindless tinkering with electronics will only lead to wrecking your amp, and a very real potential for injury or death.
Funny that advocates of these crazy modifications don't stop to think why the design engineers wouldn't include such a thing in their designs. Do they think they know something beyond what the electronic design engineer that spent four to six years in post secondary school, doesn't?
I'm guessing that the person that presented that video has no clue, otherwise you wouldn't even consider asking a question about hanging an RC network with the resistor equal to the speaker impedance on the primary of the output transformer.
