Hey dear TBers,
I've never used a multieffect pedal and kinda want to try out with a decently priced one. I decided to choose between the two. My priority would be the quality of the sound (how good does the effects sound) and versatility (many functions as possible). I'd love to hear from people who have used them both.

I do not own a zoom b3...but I have owned a digitech bp355. I would say that the digitech bp355 is a great sounding multi-effects processor. maybe not as awesome as the zoom b3, but still it's a pretty cool sounding multi-effects processor. I do have sound samples of the digitech bp355. perhaps this would help you out on what multi-effects processor to purchase. here's the link.

I have not tried the b3 either, I was just in your position deciding between these pedals, I went with the digitech in the end, extremely happy with it and didn't have to pay extra for the expression pedal, which is getting more use than I thought

Thanks for the inputs! Awesome samples, Crystalman85. I eventually chose B3, because everyone's crazy about it. It is arriving on Thursday! I am very excited to try it out.

Thanks, dude...I have been wondering about the zoom b3. I do own a zoom b2.1u and it sounded pretty cool. I do dig the effects, amp, and cab models it provides. I did create some pretty cool patches with the zoom b2.1u. I even recorded sound samples of it on my soundclick website. maybe I'll purchase a zoom b3 some day and see what it can offer.
