Are you loving your CB bass , I have a 33 scale EADGC on order. How do you like the mando frets ? and do you have a video up yet ? Thanks

Lovin' it. The shorter scale is much easier of a left arm reach - more comfortable in general. The "Dia" body shape sits really well in my lap - I don't have to "lean" into it. As far as the mandolin frets, I like them. A lot less fret noise. I recently restrung it with a lighter gauge string set (.100 -.028) which is working out better for me. No videos yet - gotta do that soon. Good luck with your upcoming build.
I have an all original Berkeley v8 cab with 7442s if you are interested. I got it in a trade and have no use for it.

Is this the person I sold the Cabronita Bass to? Let's see..... hoarder/collector of bass STUFF and retired.
I'll bet I'm correct. Looks like you're born in '59....... man, that's old. Well, 1958 for me, lol. But I'm NOT retired yet although I may well retire when I turn 62....... 4 months from now.
Hey there! I was looking through some old posts and I saw that a while back you had received an FBB bass in a trade. I've been curious about these basses for a bit, and I wanted to ask your experience with it, and also, if you ever decided to get rid of it I would be interested.

Thanks!
