I have a USA made Ampeg SVT 4Pro for sale .. because of the weight I'd rather not ship but I will if I have to. It's in beautiful condition. I'm in Nashville so local sale is preferred.
Am I the only young bassist on the platform? wow... bass is dying D:

Wish I could say I was, but those days are gone. But, there are more than a few younger players amongst all us retirees. :roflmao:

You might try a TB search for “Young bassists” or start a Young Bassists thread. Please don’t be discouraged. We need new blood here! Good luck and keep on playing.
Hey man, just saw the SVT3 that you listed, and was wondering if it's still up for grabs? I'm up in Oceanside and in the market for a new head.
So I took this sabatical for Covid. Didn't expect it. Now I want to play 3-5 nights a week, so its time to work and grind.
Hi Ron, I found your posts about your Washburn AB-32 after buying one myself.
What do you know about it?
Do you know what would be reasonable market value?
Does your bass has a slight bow in the neck like mine. Mine just had a setup (right after I purchased it) and the luthier had to tighten the truss rod almost all the way.

The only problem I had with it was getting a case from Washburn for it. Took almost a year. The neck didn't require much truss rod adjustment. The last time I checked I found used ones in the 200 - 300 range. I don't think it was a very popular model due to its size (it's a big bass). I love the sound of it although I had to get a custom baffle made to stop it from feeding back.

I like it too but the action is unfortunately too high and the truss rod is maxed out already. In order to fix it I’ll have to spend hundreds of dollars which won’t make sense on this bass.
Jadeworks 34” scale; Lightened alder body, maple and ‘Pale Moon’ ebony fretboard, Nordstrand Zen Blade pickups, vintage old stock Gotoh bridge. Recently upgraded with a Tone Monster preamp.
More basses in the queue with custom spec’d Jadeworks pickups and various domestic & sustainable exotic woods.

Or if you have instructions that'd be great! I'm 24, I've done some work on basses or conversions, but nothing like this and I saw somebody selling a used Ibanez MiKro.
Hello, nice to meet you, I'm Fern, I'm new here! I saw your post from a few years ago regarding mini basses and I saw that you converted a few small guitars to basses like the Ibanez MiKro. I was considering buying one from you, but I just saw that all of them were sold... Would you happen to have any tips on how to do a conversion if no more basses are available. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
