I don't remember an exact price. It's usually close to $100 for me but I'm in the middle of the US. I would think $130-140 would be really close. I hope the market went up and you at least broke even on that one!

I'm in bourbon country. We use bourbon barrel slats in a LOT of wall decorations in these parts. Then I realized you're in south/central Cali, where I'm guessing wine barrels are pretty plentiful.

I'm soon to be 71 y.o. I've always wanted to play a bass. A few months ago that desire has grown!
I know I'll never play in a band, but maybe in a bit I can play with some recorded music... My grandson (15) is starting to learn to play an electric guitar...maybe we can play together, a goal.
I've decided to take lessons to start with so I don't learn some bad habits.
