I'm curious as to whether people like their Yamaha BBP series basses. I bought a BBP35, and am not thrilled with a number of aspects of the bass. Don't love the action; don't love the tone...hate the color...Thoughts?

I got into bass through getting into a strange groove of abstract guitar building. Once used to play the guitar but lost the lead on that one. Once was a stone mason. Now I just want to make the groove rock.
