Probably very much in the minority but I think it looks very different and could be quite a conversation piece in the teardrop shape. I would put it back together and rock it!
Can anyone explain what the difference is in a Ray Brown Jazz Cello vs. a regular Kay Cello that has bass style tuners rather than standard cello tuners? I had found a vintage brochure that says the bass tuners were an option from Kay. I am trying to determine if mine is a Ray Brown version or not as it has bass tuners. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
