Circa 1956 Ampeg bassamp. Not exactly sure of the model designation as many of these amps were built to order/as one-offs, but based on sales literature this may be a model 820.
Cathode biased, running about 25 watts. This is basically a B15 before the B15 existed. Great classic Ampeg sound. Very warm and round. The amp was rebuilt pretty much from the ground up, new pots/jacks, caps, hardware, weber speaker, etc. Didn't get as far as recovering the amp (was likely originally tweed) but I'm a little partial to the natural look (and bad at tolexing). All NOS 6SN7 preamp tubes, new tung sol reissue 6L6GCs. The 5U4 rectifier and OC3 voltage regulator tubes are what came with the amp when I got it but seem to work fine. I have spares of both.
I'd prefer not to ship this. The chassis is mounted in a few parts and given the age and weight I just don't truss a shipping company not to destroy the amp.
