This '76 Fender P bass is in great condition and plays beautifully. Everyone who plays it loves its tone. The E string on this absolutely BOOMS without being muddy at all, much deeper and fatter than even my nice boutique basses.
The person that sold it to me showed me a very old picture of the bass many moons ago with a natural finish, then at some point over the years they had it professionally refinished with a tobacco burst around the outside.
The neck and headstock on this bass are a vintage dream. They have naturally aged into a really rich, beautiful tint. The tuning pegs and frets are all original. The serial number has one number faded away, but reads 76(?)2845
The pickups are original, as well as all the knobs and pickguard. The bridge and strap lock knobs are the only piece of hardware that appear to be unoriginal. Comes with a hardshell molded case.
The asking price includes shipping anywhere in the 48 states. If you're in the LA area come by and try it out!
