I bought this L-2000 direct from G&L-USA in October 2016.
I have all purchase paperwork, receipts, case candy, etc.
Total case-queen so it’s in very good shape.
Front of body is glass-like with some micro-swirls. Back of body has minor micro-swirls and some basically imperceptible buckle-rash. No body-dings.
Color is a very dark black-burst so looks black but several pictures show the grain and burst.
Has all the usual G&L-USA goodies -- Ultra-lite tuners, Saddle-lock bridge, Graph-Tech nut, MFD humbuckers with Tri-Tone Passive/Active controls.
PLEK'd during the build.
Features and/or upgrades I requested for the build...
+ Quarter-sawn maple neck
+ Swamp ash body
+ Medium-jumbo frets
+ Satin light-tint neck
+ #12 Medium-C neck with 9.5* radius and 1-5/8" nut width.
LET'S TALK TRADES... I PREFER A CASH SALE but there is ONE TRADE I’ll consider at this time…
... A nice FENDER JAZZ BASS or similar – i.e. Lakland Skyline 44-60/64, Nash JB, or G&L JB.
+ 4-string only.
+ Picky on color: cream/off-white, black, natural, or Daphne Blue.
+ Prefer rosewood/ebony fret-board but maple's OK on certain colors.
Prefer trade offers with values reasonably close to this bass's value but will look at offers from $900-$1500 value, +- cash as necessary.
