What an interesting bass and story to go along with it.

I had one of these in White. Regret selling it, just because It was really fun. But, had I no use for it. Yes, it was active. The tone control did this weird "whah whah" thing like a low pass filter. Killer tones, and a very tight "B". Aaaaaaaannnd... it's 35" scale.

[edit] Here's a photo of it on my Kubicki from the same year ('86), for size comparison.

Hope this helps anyone looking to buy it.

Man, I used to have 3 of these. Was buying them for $400 - $500 not that long ago. Do you have any trade interest by chance?

I know you weren’t buying the 5 string models for $500. Not interested in trades. Thx for looking

just out of curiosity, since these don't come up often: what is the string spacing at nut/bridge?
