Throwing this out as a feeler, really don't want to sell it but I'm in the process of purchasing another bass and had some unexpected veterinary expenses last week that sadly didn't end well
So this is a 1978 (78xxx serial)
It's all factory original and in immaculate shape
It has a burst that is reddish brown (or perhaps brownish red) over a maple body with rosewood stringers. Brazilian rosewood fretboard.
Badass 1 bridge, Grover tuners, DiMarzio patent applied for pickups
Bass is in a 9/10 shape given the age, very little wear or tear
Plays great, sounds great
Has a well worn hardshell case
I purchased this off a friend who has owned it for years
This is the first time it's been offered publicly in 20+ years
I'm happy to keep it and may list something different as well
