Early 1990's Teihatsu Japan BC Rich. Walnut wings, walnut stringers, maple neck, rosewood fretboard. DiMarzio DP 122 pickups with fully functional circuit.
These are very high quality builds and cost 250,000 yen when new or about $1900USD in the 1990's.
These were Japanese market instruments and not for sale in the US. I purchased this one in Japan
Bass has some honest wear and tear and some rash on the back, one extra hole where a strap button was relocated , no repairs, no breaks, frets are excellent, action is good, plays great, very nice bass, includes worn hardshell case
Bass has been gone through, disassembled and cleaned, set up with brand new Rotosound strings
Similar spec USAs are 2-3x the price and this one is easily 90% what a USA is
