I have a very rare P bass pickup in excellent shape (on left) looking to trade for another Hi A Hum in 2.75" width (on right in pic)

Might be open to selling outright

I've had several inquiries on price, it's a hard piece to put a price on, I'd guess you could go years without seeing another , I really want (need) a 2.75" wide Hi A hum. That being said money isn't a huge interest for me as much as something rare and cool I can use. A nice minty set of DiMarzio patent applied for pickups, Bill Lawrence bass humbuckers, some kind of rare neat pedal etc

I have a set of these original HI-A P-bass pickups that I stumbled upon, used for sale in a music store, about 15-years ago. ... They're very nice a smoother than their next Bart P-bass series.

Can't be many in the wild. Got a guy that's going to tentatively trade me a hum for mine

You never see them around and equally as rare as the soap bar pickups. ... I had Bart's on my 68 Jazz bass back in the late 70's through 80's and they were great pickups. ... Over the years I let those slip though my fingers. ... Can't keep them all.

I buy sell and trade vintage BC Rich stuff. They were OEM for 74-76 stuff
