For sale Biesele Upright Bass Pickup

This is a magnetic pickup that clamps on the end of the fingerboard. It's housed in a sturdy metal case and has an adjustable metal clamp attached to it. Simple to attach and remove. This model is just the pickup with a 1/4" output - there are other models that also have a preamp. It sounds darn good without any preamp, I'm sure that a preamp would add tonal options, but it gets plenty of output as is. These are somewhat rare and they have a following and a good reputation. You will need to use steel strings with the Biesele. It's perhaps more "electric" sounding than transducer type pickups, but puts out lots of volume without feedback. Can also be blended with a transducer with good results. In sort of rough aesthetic condition - cover is peeling from much performing and touring, as seen in the pictures, but works great
