It seems like every couple years I get on this kick where I think I need a P bass, and I went a little overboard this year, and currently have 4 in the house, so a couple need to go right back out ...
I must say that I am pleasantly surprised on how well this VM P plays and sounds, I sat and fiddled with it for a good hour one night and couldn't find a thing to complain about, especially for the price ... it isn't pristine, but isn't beat either, she has a few decent dings, and definitely been played, but that is what they are for ... I have a generic gig bag I can send/give with this, and I would like to get my $150 out of it if it goes to someone in MN area, or otherwise will ship for probably an extra $20, and I will cover anything over that ...
so .... $150 (local p/u or meet in MN) ... $170 shipped lower 48 ... gig bag included (nothing special)
and ... if someone wants either the LOADED neck, or loaded body for a project, that certainly would be possible as well ... probably $109 shipped for loaded body, and $80 shipped for the loaded neck ...
BTW, I forgot to mention that I have a very accurate butchers scale that I use for weighing my bass gear, components, etc ... and this little puppy weighs ... 8.01 lbs ... without the heavy P knobs, which just slide onto these, it comes in at 7.93 lbs ... so, here is one of the basses in the sub 8 lb group, and its not on a bathroom scale ... its accurate ...
