That's a Zon Sonus Special. Those only come, to my knowledge, with bubinga tops.

Looks different than bubinga to me, comparing it with others I'm looking at. What I know is that Brian Barrett had it listed as "redwood" when I bought it off his site.

This use to be mine. When I bought it, it was fretless. I sent it to Zon. They:

1) Re-did the neck, added frets, added truss rod, and refinished
2) Swapped out chrome hardware for black
3) Replace preamp with new 3 band bart pre (was two band)

Then I got my Fodera....

So it is essentially a new bass. Great bass. Seeing it here makes me wish I hadn't sold it.
