I've got a nice MusicMan Stingray 5 up for sale for a 4 string. It has a beautiful birdseye neck and plays like a dream. Comes with Musicman hardshell case and original manual. The body and neck are stamped Sept. 1990. This bass has an alnico pickup according to the manual.
Has a couple of small chip on the lower horn and some pretty heavy buckle rash on the back. There are also a couple of dings on the top of the bass that are about the size of an eraser.I'll try to get pics of it up, just wanted to put that out there. Because of the wear I'm offering a reduced price but its still a killer bass.
I've found my sound requires a neck pickup and I'm using 4 strings for my current gig. I'd like a Stingray 4 HS, maybe a G&L or a nice p/j style bass. I'm looking for something Fendery but would be very interested in a Spector Euro 4. Doesn't have to be in perfect condition, just a good player.
