Various Bass Guitars for sale FEELER. Just wanting to see interest level for actual buyers. I reserve the right to come to my senses. See the posts below for pics.
Fender 75 Reissue Jazz US - Black with White Pickguard, neck p/u cover installed but also have the bridge cover, Fender vintage reissue case included. This is a US reissue, there was some question about this when this was up for sale before and I verified with Fender. I guess it has an uncommon serial. I can forward you the e-mail from Fender upon request - $1050.00
Stingray H 5 Unlined Fretless - Cherry Burst, Piezo Pickup, hard case, in good condition but has a couple of nicks, matching headstock - $1000.00

I'll get them on the scale when I get home. Best guess is 9 to 10lbs but I could be wrong. They both seem pretty light to me but I've never been too obsessed with weights so I'm not an authority on the subject.

My apologies to anyone that was wondering but my cheap digital bathroom scale won't register the weight of the basses. I guess it won't pickup weights that low. My best guess would be in the 10lbs range but I am not good at guessing these things. I find all of these basses to be quite comfortable weight-wise, especially the P bass since it has a chambered body but I know that is a subjective statement.

Mine does the same thing. Try weighing yourself holding the bass and without. The difference should be the weight of the bass.

I think I remember doing this last time someone wanted me to weigh a bass. I'll give it a shot but I'd say the results wouldn't be accurate, especially when you're talking about an item that is probably within at 3lb or so window.

According to this method, the Sadowsky PJ is 8lbs, the Fender is 9lbs, and I need to lay off of the ice cream.
