OK, been a berg fanboy for a long while now. I have owned almost every configuration of berg 112s and these are some of my favorites. These are the series B AE112s, which were the last ones made of the AE series. Jim B revoiced the b series slightly from the the original AE112s, so they are a bit smoother and fuller sounding. They sit somewhere between the full/smooth tone of the AE212 and the upper mid bump/aggressive AE112 (Original- A series).
If you need a lightweight modular rig and the AE212 is to smooth and big and the original AE112s are to aggressive/"boxy" then here is your answer. Also pairs well with the AE210 vertical.
Not very many of these made and hard to come by in this condition. Condition is easily 9.5+/10 and better than most showrooms. The padded berg covers are included. Price is $650 firm each plus exact shipping to lower 48. Probably around $35.
Only thing that I would consider trades for are: AE210 vertical, HD210, Baer ML112s or maybe an HD112.
