Well, my collection of amps is starting to get a little out of control so I've picked out a few to put up for sale to free up some space in the practice room again. Pictures will be put up on monday.

[DEL]The first V4 is early seventies judging by the faceplate, which some one repainted the lettering on after the original wore away. One side of the handle on top is held on with a bolt, done by the previous owner :( Updated 3 prong power cord and a master volume mod added to it. Last saw a tech about 9 months ago, everything checked out ok. 7027As for power tubes! New face plate from fliptops handy just not yet installed, it will be included with the head. [/DEL]
$600 obo+shipping. SOLD

[del]The second V4 is also from the same era and has the lettering worn on the face plate. Again, a new face plate is on hand just not yet installed and will be included. Updated 3 prong power cord and no mods. Saw the tech at the same time as the last one and everything is up to speed. JJ6L6s for power tubes. Pictures below.
$650 obo+shipping. [/del] NO LONGER FOR SALE

[DEL]Next is a V4 4x12 cab 8 ohms, sounds great for guitar and great for bass too, as long as the volume is kept low or you aren't pumping the bass. I believe it has the original speakers but haven't checked. Will do so when I take pictures.
$350 obo[/DEL] NO LONGER FOR SALE

And last is a B25-b 2x15 cab. Switchable between 4 and 16 ohms, sounds super sweet, might not be selling this one. Original speakers and has the original floor dolly. Pictures below.
$450 obo

I would rather not ship the cabs, weight being the issue. Maybe if you twist my leg enough though, we'll see. Everything can be seen and played locally in Bloomington, Indiana. Willing to meet within a reasonable distance, lets say an hour and a half each way, will go further for gas/time money. May or may not be interested in trades, trying to get rid of things but I'm a sucker for something cool!

edit for trade interests: maybe a fearful 1212/66 or 1515/66? or a darkglass b3k or b7k? I did just pick up a Mesa Strategy 400 and have yet to find a nice aggressive pre-amp to use with it. Depending on what you have I might be willing to add cash to make a trade.

They are both fairly heavy. I actually don't have a scale around to check, but I'd put the 4x12 at about 100lbs and the 2x15 at around 130lbs. The 4x12 can be a bit awkward to try to move, but the dolly makes moving the 2x15 a breeze.

Interesting...
How do the 6L6's sound compared to the 7027's? A little less headroom?

I saw your post on craigslist and actually tried to call about the 6L6 V4 a few minutes ago. Your voicemail is full. :p

Would love to make an offer on that B-25B but I think the shipping to Northern Alberta may put it outta range. Don't suppose you'd find an Eden 210XLT loaded with Eminence (8ohm) in the dept. of "cool"? XLT actually sounds good (with the horn off) now that it has Eminence. Stab in the dark...
