Oh my, what a beautiful bass, and a great price, too! I am totally gassing for a B24, and I love the specs on your bass... but unfortunately for you (and me!) I just paid off a new Carvin myself, and that probably does it for my bass budget for the year. If this were next summer I'd probably be PMing you right now. C'est la vie. GLWTS!

Thank you, I like your avatar. :) It is a great bass that deserves to be played, just to put this out there as well....I'm selling to fund a 5'er so if anyone has a 34" scale, lighter weight, 17 mm 5'er they'd like to trade for, let me know too.

My 2 cents worth...... I have dealt with Fling32 in the past with no problems. I have taken truss rod covers off ALL of my basses from time to time as I have to make slight adjustments to the truss rod. Here in the Phoenix area we are tweaking the truss rod all the time as the humidity drops to near 0 and then jumps to 40% during the monsoon season. Truss rod covers are VERY cheap to replace. I wouldn't be surprised if Carvin would send one out for this model for a couple of bucks.

fling32 has proven to be a good member in standing of the TB community IMO. We recently completed a transaction and I had no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to do business with fling32 in the future. Like road-cat1 said, a truss rod cover is inexpensive and can be easily replaced.

Great bass at a great price. BTW, If there as something wrong with every bass that was missing it's original truss rod cover, half of the basses in the world would be useless. Replacement covers are available from Carvin, or course. You can even have it custom engraved.

Just wondering if the original Carvin case is included?
