I hate to do this, as this is one amazingly sweet bass... but I need to raise some cash and this is all I have to do that with
LEJ 5/24
Quilted maple top over Mahogany
Birdseye fingerboard over 3 piece neck
Block inlays
Hipshot hardware
2/3 band EQ, 18v, active/passive
34" scale
19mm at the bridge
Includes Mono gig bag (finest bag I ever had!)
Weighs 10 lb, 15 oz
Has a clear pickguard included as well as the creme
New set of Fodera strings installed
Sadowsky-esque knobs installed, original domes included
This is the finest bass I've ever owned. I got rid of a lot of gear in search of the Jazz tone that THIS has. Brian makes a killer bass and this is a shining example. From the unique look and feel to the stunning wood selection, it's just a beauty to behold. Yeah, it's a little heavy, but the tone is completely worth it!
I priced this out new at about $3,900 with all of the options it has. So if you're looking to save time, as well as a wait, here's a rare opportunity to pick up a truly amazing bass. I waited for this one for a LONG time and haven't seen many since, so if you're serious about a Low End, don't hesitate.

TRADES:
Long story short, I have to sell this in order to go to my brother's wedding in mid-October. I don't need all of the money, but a fair chunk, so I'm selling this OR trading for something of relatively similar value OR a mix of the 2.
That said, I've got a long-standing"Basses Bucket List". While it's a bit of a long list, I'll gladly narrow it to basses I'm interested in trying first. And since I've got until mid-October, I can still have some fun. So here's a short list, close in value and stuff:
Status HEADLESS 5 (though will gladly look at others, Status or headless)
Lakland 55-94
Musicman Cutlass (a man can dream!)
Jaydee Supernatural (or any Jaydee)
I'll add to this if I think of more, but don't hesitate to run trades by me if you think they are in the same family.
