Can't believe I'm thinking about parting with this. It's been my main bass since about 2006. I love it but I accidentally happened upon my dream bass on a trade and so the Marcus isn't getting hardly any love anymore. And this bass really deserves to be played.
It is the shoreline gold color. It has one blemish on the bottom of the bass which I'll photograph later. That's the only major cosmetic issue. This bass does virtually everything well. Especially since I replaced the pickups with Nordstrand split coil pickups and a Nordstrand 2 band pre with a passive tone. It is also currently 9v. I will include the original pickups and pre with the sale/trade.
As far as trades go I'm really wanting another fretless. I've been fretless-less for too long. I'd like a 5 or 6 but the right 4 might do. I also might be swayed by the right Stingray Classic 5 +cash. 34" scale is a must. For whatever reason my wrists can't handle longer or shorter. A Lakland Skyline Hollowbody with Barts +cash might do the trick too. I'm pretty open though so try me. Trade ideas add: Fender Steve Bailey fretted or fretless
Sale Price $1550
