This has a removable neck and comes with a soft case. And if it makes a trade deal any more interesting, i'm also looking for a 4-string with P/J pickups, maybe a Yamaha BB or a Fender.

Hey Bob, I have a Fender Kingman ABG available, 4 strings with Fishman pickup / preamp, with Fender HSC . It sounds great, I never use it. Would that be trade bait for you?

Hi, and thanks for your interest. I've kind of put this on hold because while I was playing it, I heard a buzzing on some of the lower notes on the E and A strings. I think it's string noise because it's hardly noticeable when the bass is amplified, but I want to check it out thoroughly before I sell it. If I get time, I'll make a video to demonstrate what I'm hearing and let you and other interested buyers decide. Thanks again.

Is anything wrong with it that can't be fixed by string height adjustments?

Yes, Alan, it's definitely more complex than that. I just did a Skype call with the first TalkBass-er who expressed interest because I wanted to demonstrate the problem to him. He heard it -- a rattling-type vibration that sounds like it's coming from the upper part of the bass body. It may be very simple to fix, but the problem is that these bodies don't come apart, so all manipulation inside has to be done through the F-holes, and the interior has wires running all over the place. It's a huge pain in the ass and I wouldn't want to burden anyone with it. I'd be happy to give you the same demo if you have Skype or FaceTime on an iPhone.
