Great bass, about as close to an upright sound as a 34"-scale acoustic bass can get. Lots of information online about this bass. I bought it in early July of this year from a fellow TBer:

There are other videos out there, but these are a good representation of its sound. Fantastic mwah and sustain. You can feel the notes' extended bloom under your fingers quite well. Currently strung up with Labella Black Nylon Tapewounds, but flatwounds sound great too.
The bass can be played in four different positions: standing with a strap, standing using the adjustable endpin, sitting with it on your thigh, or sitting using the endpin, cello-style.
I had my luthier John Brown (| Brown's Guitar Factory) work on the neck a bit and set it up. Otherwise, it is in exactly the same condition. Previous owner had position makers put in by a professional luthier. My luthier confirmed their accuracy.
I am selling this bass because I'm finding myself gravitating more and more to the six-string bass, and sale of the Takamine TB10 would help finance a custom six-string, semi-hollowbody fretless I would like to have built for me.
